Terms & Conditions

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been verified. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product becomes unavailable, in which case any payment received is refunded in full.

Product availability and prices may change without prior notice, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours and packaging in photos may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Results vary from person to person.

Always read the label, do a patch test 24 hours before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you have sensitive skin, a skin condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Payments, shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Payment, Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may decline reviews that are abusive, misleading, contain personal information or are unrelated to the product. We do not edit the meaning of reviews or publish paid reviews.

All content on this website, including the Aura Destiny name, logo, product names, photographs, videos, designs and text, is the property of Aura Destiny by Ujala and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including applicable consumer protection laws. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably with our support team wherever possible.
